They’ll get five sessions with a former Division 1 NFL athlete & Nationally Certified In Sports Performance Coach. Who’ll guide them through every part of the program, making sure they’re getting everything right and making a real, long-lasting change to their body and performance.
Your athletes training program will be built around their position. A Defensive Lineman should be trained differently from a Defensive back, because they have much different skill sets. Your session will always relate directly to your specific position.
Your athlete will be taught how to become more explosive and rapid on the field. Our job and #1 goal is to make sure that we can not only improve Strength but translate it into becoming Explosive.
Our Speed development program is built from a proven Science based system from EXOS Training. Speed can improved through many different areas that include Technique, Power, Flexibility, Hips, etc. We identify any deficiencies the athlete may have and we correct them through our Science based Training methods.
